Sorea Sushi

Stepping into a Zen garden with undulating high wood tables the guests met with a sweeping staircase swirling upwards where large mesh cloud pendants float within the double story space. The saké display is a concept inspired by the roots of the traditional Japanese Chidori toys, stretching over 2 floors, making it a spectacular backdrop to the bustling sushi counter. String gardens become a modern take on traditional bonsai which adorn the four corners of the restaurant. Journeying upstairs guests can indulge in the vast selection at the large whiskey bar or sneak to the wine bar and private lounge tucked away in a cozy corner at the end of the evening.
