Brasserie

The Brasserie is the all-day dining at the Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort and Spa Dubai and the brief was for a multi show-kitchen full international buffet restaurant that served breakfast lunch and dinner. Seven internal show-kitchens and live food counters with external BBQ, buffet and island bar were incorporated in the design. The look and feel captures a youthful energy, is modern and a fresh take on a beach resort restaurant. The expansion of the restaurant to accommodate the show-kitchens with fabulous full height windows has filled the space with so much natural light and great views out to the hotel gardens and pool breaking down the indoor-outdoor barrier. Funky furniture adds interest and accent in the space and the high ceilings create a relaxed and totally resort feel which is ideal for the restaurant.
