Café Palmier

Café Palmier is the all-day dining venue in the property. The space was extended with a large glazed conservatory overlooking lush gardens. Inspired by nature the restaurant is designed as a garden room and was designed as a light and airy space using a neutral, sophisticated palette creating a calming oasis. Suspended shelving units are filled with kitchen and cooking implements reinforcing the open kitchen concept. Chalk boards above the live cooking zone list out the fresh fish, poultry, produce and meat available from the local markets. A three-dimensional hexagon timber wall is the back drop to white marble counters and colour is introduced through upholsteries; the garden theme continues with herb pots and hanging planters; these bring fresh natural green colour accents into the space.
