San Fu Lou

Entering the Cantonese kitchen from the street, passers-by sit down to embrace traditional roast, steam and wok dishes, as the various show cooking stations wrap the inner wall providing glimpses of the culinary action 24 hours a day. The inviting and informal atmosphere from the street is brought into the interior through the use of patterned brick flooring, reclaimed timber and decorative metal detailing. Large indoor tree's and burst up into the double height void as guests on the mezzanine gaze down to the bustling Ho Chi Minh sidewalk below. Historical ornaments and full height antique inspired shelving add to San Fu Lou's unique charm and eclectic personality.
